She will explore ways to nurture  during grief which includes physically, emotionally, cognitively, socially and spiritually.  Understanding one's grief is vital to healing, which is why St. Christopher's Walking With Grief Program hosts a speaker who provides knowledge and insight each month. After the presentation, there is an option to participate in support groups. The groups are conducted in a confidential, non-threatening atmosphere.
